At Rookwood Pottery, we take pride in our handcrafted heritage and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect for your home, we offer returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our guest services team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your pottery in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives safely back at our studio without damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix your shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for these artisanal goods.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
